When a student using keyboard-only navigation or a screen reader moves through a course's Assignments page, the accessibility message "Warning: for improved accessibility of reordering assignments and groups, please use the Move To Dialog option found in the menu." can be found.

Instead the message should not be shown to users who do not have access to move assignments.

As the student, navigate to the Assignments page of the course

Either use the Skip to Content link or Tab to the last course nav item
