How do I log in to LearnPlatform?
Before you log in, please make sure you have created an account.
Your account can be created in LearnPlatform in three primary ways:
- Use your district's Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality with your unique URL. (e.g., http://[YourSubDomain].app.learnplatform.com/)
- Manually create log in credentials with the Create Account button.
- Admins only: Request to be manually added in the Administrator dashboard by another platform administrator.
Log In with Single Sign-On (SSO)

To authenticate users, many districts have set up the platform to use an outside identity provider, such as Google or Microsoft Active Directory. This portal is typically similar to what you may use for your district's email homepage.
To access your district's LearnPlatform page, enter your unique URL in the browser address field (e.g. http://[YourSubDomain].app.learnplatform.com/). Then, confirm that the displayed screen is the correct log in page (e.g., the Google sign-in page).
To log in to your account, enter the credentials you use for your district's identity provider.
Log In with Manual Credentials

If your district does not have single sign-on, a generic LearnPlatform log in screen displays.
Enter the email address [1] and password [2] you used when you signed up for your LearnPlatform account. Then click the Login button [3].
If your work email address is managed by Google, you can Sign in with Google [4].
Troubleshoot Log In Issues
If you encounter issues when logging into the platform, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to gain access.
Clear Cookies

Cookies are files created by sites you visit, and they contain browsing data. Sometimes, clearing the cache and cookies helps fix certain problems with websites such as loading or formatting issues.
If you are using Chrome, click the Preferences icon next to the website address [1]. Then select the Cookies and site data option [2].
Click the Settings link [3].

Click the See all data and permissions link.

To filter cookies and data for LearnPlatform, you can use the Search field [1] or the Sort by drop-down menu [2]. Then click the Delete displayed data button [3] or the Delete icon [4].
Refresh the page and attempt to log in again.
Confirm Email Address
If you are an administrator who was manually added to the platform, you will receive a verification email. Failure to access this email will prevent you from logging into the platform.
If you can no longer locate your verification email, please email support@learnplatform.com to have it resent.
Reset Password

You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Fix Single Sign-On (SSO) Issues

If you use SSO, make sure you are logged into the correct account in your browser. Click the User icon [1] and then confirm you are logged into the correct account [2].
Notes:
- Many browsers allow you to sign in as a specific user.
- If you have multiple user profiles Google Chrome, make sure you are not attempting to access or log in to the platform with a different email address or user account.
Check if SAML Certificate Expired
If multiple users in your district are unable to log in, it is likely that your SAML certificate has expired. Please contact support@learnplatform.com. A support representative will disable SSO in your platform to allow you to cycle the certificate information in our system.
