As a provider logged into the EdCo Partner Portal, you can edit your company's product listing details.
You can edit your product's public details, which display in the EdTech Marketplace. These details are important to educational organizations considering the use of a product. You can update product images, refine descriptions, and even add tracking domains so that organizations can surface your tool in their ecosystem.
Open Products
When you log in to the EdCo Partner Portal, the product landing page displays. You can also access it by clicking the EdCo Partner Portal link in top menu bar.
Open Product Details
Click the product name link [1]. Or, click the Options icon [2] and then click the View Product link [3].

Edit Details
The Overview Details tab [1] displays information about your product. Most field content is created when you added the product.
To make edits, click the Edit Details button [2].
To make edits to Single Sign On (SSO) details, evidence, or integrations, click the SSO, Evidence, or Integrations tabs [3].
Add Video
Edit, add, or delete product details as needed.
To add a link to a product video, enter a YouTube video link in the Product YouTube Video URL field. The YouTube video link publishes directly to the Marketplace image carousel.
Note: The YouTube video link does not currently publish to Canvas Apps and LearnPlatform.
Add Domain
You can also add new Post Login browser domains to increase discoverability. Education institutions leverage a free Inventory Dashboard to surface edtech tools in use within their ecosystems, whether or not they know about them.
To request a new domain be added for your product (e.g. login.acmenews.com, acmenews.teacher.com), click the Add Domain button.
Fill in the domain details and click the Submit Request button.
Save Changes
When you are finished editing, click the Save Changes button.
View Published Details
Want to see your published product? Click the View in LearnCommunity button [1] or the View in EdCo Marketplace button [2].
