As an educator or administrator, you can view your organization's product library in the Products page. You can view the libraries of other organizations in which you are a member.
You can view an organization's product library as a grid or as a list. You can also search for products or filter the list of products in a library. Some product details display on the main page of the product library, and you can use product options to access additional details, grade a product, compare products, or request a product.
Note: You can also view products in the LearnCommunity Library or in your personal product library.
Select Organization
If you are a member of multiple organizations, select an organization. Click the User Name drop-down menu [1]. Then, click the Organization drop-down menu and select an organization [2].
To view all the products within LearnPlatform, select the LearnCommunity option [3].
Note: Depending on how an organization manages its membership, you may be asked to log in again when switching organizations. For example, you may have to login again if you switch from your organization’s site to a state-wide account or the one from a partner organization.
Open Organization Product Library
From anywhere in LearnPlatform, view your product library by clicking the Products drop-down menu [1]. Then, click your organization's Library link [2].
View All Products
The Products page defaults to an organization's Library tab [1].
You can search for specific products by name or company [2]. You can also use filters to find products based on status values and other details [3].
Products display in tiles or a list [4]. You can view the products in a grid with tiles or as a list. By default, products are in alphabetical order. However, any products that an administrator has pinned are listed first and display a Pin icon [5].
To view product tiles, click the Grid View icon [6]. To view as a list, click the List View icon [7].
View Product Tiles
When displayed in grid view as tiles, each product in the library displays a product title [1].
You can view the product grade [2], product logo [3], product name [4], and product approval status [5].
Note: The product grade in the organization library page is based on grades given by users at your organization. At least three grades are required to determine a organization product grade.
View Product List
When displayed in a list, each product in the library displays in a row.
You can view each product logo and linked name [1], a tagline description [2], the approval status [3], the privacy status [4], the number of additional resources available [5], product grade [6], and the Options icon [7].
Search Products
To search for product by name or by company, enter text in the Search bar [1].
Products that match your search criteria display [2].
To clear search criteria as needed, click the Clear icon [3].
Filter List
To filter the product list, click a filter option [1]. Then click one or more checkboxes [2].
View Product Options
To view product options for a product tile, hover the cursor over the product title.
To open product options, click any of the links:
- Details [2]: Opens product profile page containing details such as a link to the product website, an overview, Canvas integration configuration(s) that may be available, evidence published by the Partner, privacy information from trusted third-party organizations, and additional product Resources.
- Grade [3]: Opens grading page so you can grade a product.
- Compare [4]: Allows you to compare multiple products.
- Request [5]: Allows you to request a product be approved for use or added.
To access product options for a product in a list, click the Options icon [1]. Then click any of the option links [2].
Show Results
When viewing the last page of organization products, a message may indicate that you have reached the end of products in your organization's library [1].
If there are more products in the LearnCommunity Library, a message displays [2].
To view additional products in the LearnCommunity Library, click the Show Results button [3].
