How do I publish a Provider Application?

As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can publish a Provider Application. Publishing an application makes it available to vendors/providers.

Before publishing a provider application, you can create the application, add invitees, add reviewers if needed, and customize the process with automation. You can also preview the application.

Once everything in the application is finalized, you can publish and review the application. Publishing a provider application makes it visible within LearnPlatform to product companies and providers that have been invited or to all providers within LearnPlatform if the application is set to Public.

Note: If your application is set to Private, publishing it does not make it viewable to any vendors.

Open Provider Applications

Open Provider Applications

Click the Management tab [1], then click the Provider Applications link [2].

Open Create Provider Application

Click the application name link.

Publish Application

On any tab of the Provider Application builder, click the Publish toggle button on.

Save Application

Save Application

Click the Save & Exit link [1] or the Save Application button [2].

Unpublish Application

If you need to work on an application or make it inaccessible to providers for any reason, unpublish it rather than delete it. Unpublishing the application removes it from the public view, yet maintains any submitted responses.

Note: Providers do not have visibility or access to the application if it is unpublished.
