How do I add invitees to a Provider Application?
When creating a provider application, you can invite product developers and vendors to complete the application. You can add applicants whether or not you have a direct contact at their organization and whether or not a representative of that company has claimed their page in LearnPlatform.
Note: You can also invite a provider to complete a provider application from a product request. Learn how to manage product requests.
Open Provider Applications

Click the Management drop-down menu [1], then click the Provider Applications link [2].
Set Options
To allow communication from providers, click the Enable communication from providers toggle button on [1].
Mark the application as private or public. Select one of the following radio buttons:
- Private Application [2]: Application is only visible to vendors that have been invited by your organization.
- Public Application [3]: Application is listed in LearnPlatform for all vendors to see when they access their LearnPlatform accounts.

Select Applicant Type
Specify whether the invitee is based on a product or company.
Click the Application Type drop-down menu and select one of the following:
- Products: Specific products (tools) are listed in the Invite Applicants drop-down menu. For example, applications such as Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Sheets are products.
- Vendors: Companies are listed in the Invite Applicants drop-down menu. For example, Google is a vendor.
Note: This field may be kept open and is not required.
Invite Applicants Without Point of Contact
You can invite a provider to fill out the application with or without a point of contact.
To invite a provider to the application without a point of contact, click the Invite Applicants drop-down menu and select an applicant name [1].
View the selected applicant's Provider Account Status [2].
Set the date you would like the application invitation to expire [3].
Click the Add Product Invitation button [4].
Note: The End Date for a provider application is different from a provider's invitation expiration date. Once the invitation expires, that particular provider can no longer fill out the application unless the expiration date is extended, while the application is still available to other providers whose invitation hasn't expired. Once the End Date for an application expires, the application is not available for any providers, unless the End Date is extended.

Click the Continue with no Contact button.
A notification is sent directly to the vendor if they have already claimed their page. Otherwise, the LearnPlatform team will attempt to contact them.
Invite Applicants with Point of Contact
To invite a provider using a specific contact person, click the Invite Applicants drop-down menu and select an applicant name [1].
View the selected applicant's Provider Account Status [2].
In the Add Point of Contact area, enter a First Name, Last Name, and Email address [3]. Then click the Add Contact link [4].
Set the date you would like the application invitation to expire [5].
Click the Add Product Invitation button [6].
A notification is sent directly to the contact you provided as well as to the vendor associated with the platform if they have already claimed their page. If the direct contact has not claimed their page, they will be invited to claim it and respond to your application by our LearnPlatform team.
If vendors have not registered with LearnPlatform yet, a LearnPlatform representative will invite them to set up an account and fill in the application.
Note: The End Date for a provider application is different from a provider's invitation Expiration Date. Once the invitation expires, that particular provider can no longer fill out the application unless the expiration date is extended, while the application is still available to other providers whose invitation hasn't expired. Once the End Date for an application expires, the application is not available for any providers, unless the End Date is extended.
Edit Expiration Date
To edit the invitation expiration date, click the Expiration Date field. Select a date from the calendar or enter a new date.
Manage Invitees
To edit an invitee applicant contact or add a point of contact, click the Edit icon.

Make any needed changes. You can add a point of contact [1] or change the invitation expiration date [2].
To save changes, click the Update Product Invitation button [3].
Delete Invitee
To delete an invitee, click the Delete icon.

Confirm or cancel a deletion by clicking the Yes or No link.
Save Application

To save the invitee details, click the Save Application button.
After inviting applicants, you can check the status of the application for any responses.
