How do I create a Provider Application?
As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can create a provider application on the Provider Applications tab of the Management page. A Provider Application for edtech providers/vendors can:
- Save time and reduce frustration with an RFP/RFI vendor process that you own
- Automate processes for vendor RFP/RFI intake and acceptance
- Launch public or “invitation only” vendor applications quickly
The following steps are involved in producing a provider application:
- Create content for the provider application
- Add invitees
- Add reviewers to the provider application
- Add automation rules
- Preview the application
- Publish the application
Notes:
- Depending on the application length, your experience with creating provider applications, whether a legal team needs to be involved, or whether you have an existing provider agreement that you are migrating to LearnPlatform, the creation process can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few days.

Before getting started with provider applications, first manage your account setup and learn how to get started with LearnPlatform.
Open Provider Applications

To create a provider application, click the Management drop-down menu [1], then click the Provider Applications link [2].
View Provider Application Steps
On the Create page, each step in the Provider Application process is outlined on the tabs [1]:
- Step 1 General Info
- Step 2 Create Application
- Step 3 Invitees
- Step 4 Reviewers
- Step 5 Automation
- Step 6 Preview
If the application is saved, you can publish the application from any tab [2].
To open a step, click any of the tabs.
Navigating to Steps

After entering details in any tab, click the Save Application button [1].
To exit the process and return later, click the Save & Exit link [2].
To move to the next step, click any of the step tabs or click the Next link [3].
Enter General Info
On the General Info tab of the Provider Application creation page, enter basic details about the application.

Create Application
On the Create Application tab, add additional content to the application using existing forms or adding questions.

On the Invitees tab, mark the application as private or public or add providers or products as applicants for the application.
Add Reviewers
On the Reviewers tab, add members of your organization who should review the provider applications.
Add Automation
On the Automation tab, control the invitation email message to providers and determine how applicants, reviewers, and admins are notified when applications are submitted, accepted/approved, or denied/rejected.

Preview Application

Publish Application
After previewing or when you are ready, publish the application from any step by clicking the Publish toggle on.
