How do I view and manage Provider Applications?

As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can manage Provider Applications on the Provider Applications tab of the Management page. You can view or open any application. You can also create, preview, edit, delete, or duplicate a provider application.

To manage a provider application, click the Management drop-down menu [1], then click the Provider Applications link [2].

View Provider Applications

The Management page defaults to the Provider Applications tab [1].

You can search for an application by name by entering text in the Search field [2].

To filter the list by status, click the Status drop-down menu [3]. Then select a status. Learn more about viewing an application's status.

To filter the list by application type, click the Type drop-down menu [4]. Then select the Companies or Products option.

You can view filters that you have selected and remove them by clicking the Delete icon [5]. To clear all filters, click the Clear All link [6].

Create Provider Application

To create a provider application, click the Create Application button.

View Provider Application Details

For each Provider Application, you can view the application name [1], type [2], number of applicants [3], application status [4], the End Date which serves as the expiration date [5], and the number of days until expiration [6].

To change the sort order of a column, click the Arrow icon [7].

View Application Details or Responses

To view application details, click the application name link [1].

To view application responses, click the Applicants link [2].

Manage Provider Application

To manage a provider application from the Management page, click the application Options icon [1].

  • To preview the provider application, click the Preview link [2].
  • To make changes to the provider application, click the Edit link [3].
  • To delete the provider application, click the Delete link [4]. Then, confirm the deletion.
  • To create a copy of the provider application, click the Duplicate link [5]. Then, edit the copy as needed.

Notes:

  • Delete a provider application only if no providers have signed and submitted a response. Deleting an application deletes previously submitted applications. Instead of deleting an application, unpublish the application.
  • You can update or edit a provider application if no submissions have been received. Before editing, unpublish the application and then make the necessary changes.
  • If a provider has previously submitted a response, you cannot edit the provider application. Submitted applications become the district's and provider's evidence of acceptance to the application.
