As an educator or administrator, you can view product overview details in LearnPlatform from your organization's product library, your personal library, or the LearnCommunity library.
Using the tabs in the product Details page, you can view general overall product information, feedback details, and product impact details, as well as information about pricing, privacy, and Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) evidence.
Open Product Library
Click the Products drop-down menu [1]. Then, click your organization's Library link [2] or your personal library link [3].
Note: To view products in a organization not listed, such as the LearnCommunity Library, you can select a different organization.
Open Details
In grid view, hover over the product tile [1] and click the Details link [2].
View Detail Areas
By default, the details page displays the Overview tab [1]. The Overview tab provides general product information and links to general product documentation.
To view details in other areas, click the other following tabs:
- Feedback [2]: Product grades, reviews, comments, and other product feedback by educators using the product
- IMPACT [3]: Data about product usage including Prescribed Product Use, Evaluated Assessment Metric, Evaluation Period, and the fraction of prescription to actual usage indicating an overall result
- Pricing [4]: Pricing information, if available
- Privacy [5]: Central hub of product-specific information about data privacy and product usage outside your organization
- Evidence [6]: Collection of evidence for the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
View Overview Details
In the Overview tab [1], you can view most product details such as the tagline [2], statuses [3], and badges [4].
To view a product description, click the Show Description link [5].
Open Links
To open linked content such as the company website, accessibility documents, the product Privacy Policy, and a Terms of Service document, click the appropriate link [1].
To open the product, click the Launch button [2].
Note: Links are available if provided by the product company or by an administrator.
View Product Grades
The Overview tab also displays product grades and percentiles for each of the LearnPlatform Grading Rubric feedback categories.
View Resources
To view resources related to the product, click a resource link in the Resources table [1].
To download a resource, click the Download icon [2].
Note: Only admins can add product resources.
View Other General Details
The Overview tab also displays product details, if they are available and set to display.
Note: Only admins can set product details.
View Feedback Details
To view product feedback details from educators who graded the product based on the LearnPlatform Grading Rubric, click the Feedback tab [1]. The Feedback tab contains the following sub-tabs for accessing feedback details:
- Overall [1]: overall grades and data on who graded the product
- Product Usage [2]: how educators are using the product in their classrooms
- Preparation & Scheduling [3]: details on how much time educators spend preparing the product, including training time
- Added Value [4]: the impact the product had on student learning
View Overall Grades
To review the LearnPlatform Grading Rubric, click the Open LearnPlatform Grading Rubric link [1].
The Overall tab displays averaged grades in rubric categories [2] as well as a bar graph showing how many educators graded the product and the grades they gave it. To view bar data values, hover the cursor over the bar and view the grade and number of educators [4].
View Category Grades
By default, overall grades display in the bar graph. To view grades for a specific rubric category, click the rubric category card [1]. Then, view the grades for that category in a bar graph [2].
View, Print, or Download Grades
To open view, print, and download options, click the Options icon [1]. Then, click any of the following links [2]:
- View in full screen
- Print chart
- Download PNG image
- Download JPEG image
- Download PDF document
- Download SVG vector image
View Product Usage Details
The Impact tab displays data about product usage including Prescribed Product Use, Evaluated Assessment Metric, Evaluation Period, and the fraction of prescription to actual usage indicating an overall Result.
View Pricing Details
If available, the Pricing tab displays pricing information.
To request pricing from other users in your organization, click the Request Pricing button [1].
To grade the product, click the Share your Insights link [2].
View Privacy Details
The Privacy tab displays product-specific information about data privacy and product usage outside your organization.
View Evidence
The Evidence tab displays evidence for the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
