How do I manage reviews assigned to me?

As a reviewer, you are a stakeholder in your organization who was invited by an administrator to review product requests, products, or provider applications. You can review all your review tasks under My Tasks.

Note: It is optional for administrators to assign reviewers. If you are an administrator, learn how to assign reviewers for product requests or provider applications.

If an administrator assigned you as a reviewer, look for an email notification informing you of the request.

From within LearnPlatform, you can also access all those products that you have been assigned to review. Click the My Tasks drop-down menu [1] and click the Reviews link [2].

Locate Review Task

In the My Tasks page, click the Reviews tab [1]. A list of review tasks displays.

To find a review task by searching on names or other keywords, enter text in the Search field [2].

To filter the list, select a Type filter [3]. Then select one or more of the following review request types:

  • Application Review: Reviews associated with Provider Applications
  • Product Review: Reviews associated with Feedback Requests
  • Workflow Assignment: Reviews associated with product requests, either assigned during a workflow assignment or manually from the request dashboard

To view the list according to assigned date, click the Assigned Date filter [4]. Then, select one of the following radio buttons:

  • Custom Period: Enter start and end dates then click the OK link.
  • Newest: Displays the list with newest review requests first.
  • Oldest: Displays the list with oldest review requests first.

To view only reviews that are open or closed, click the Open or Closed buttons [5].

View the list by Preview [6], Grid [7], or List view [8].

Open Review Task Details

To open review details from List View, click a review task.

In Preview view, click the Task Details link.

Give Recommendation

After opening the request, view any information available.

Give your recommendation to the administrator(s) of the organization by clicking one of the Recommend, Neutral, or Don't Recommend buttons [1].

Enter an explanation for your recommendation [2].

Click the Submit Review button [3].

Notes:

  • On the Task Details page, you can also view additional information such as the original request form that was submitted, any previously completed reviews, and any automations that occurred before the task was assigned to you [4].
  • Recommending or not recommending a product does not mean that the product will be approved or denied.
  • Once you enter a review, you cannot change it.

Stop Workflow

How do I stop a workflow?

If you want to stop the workflow during a recommendation, click the blue Stop Workflow button in the right corner of your review. Include a message to the requester, and apply automations ( set new status, set new privacy status, add new tag, remove tag).

To understand the differences between stopping the workflow and submitting your product recommendation, refer to the following table:

Note: If you stop the workflow, it will not move to the next step. You can restart the workflow, but it will start from the beginning.
