How do I delete or stop a workflow?

As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can stop a workflow manually or delete it from the Workflows Management page.

If a workflow does not need to continue, you can stop the workflow using the Stop Workflow option. A workflow also stops when a product recommendation is submitted.

If you no longer need a workflow associated with a product, you can delete it.

If you manually stop a workflow, the workflow does not continue on to the next step of the workflow. If, however, you submit a product recommendation to stop a workflow, the workflow continues on to the next step.
