How do I add programs to the assessment library?
You can add programs to your account to define a set of related courses and materials through which students are learning and help keep your assessment library materials organized. You can also conduct program assessments to measure the effectiveness of your programs.
Open Assessments
In the Toolbar, click the Assessment icon.
Open Programs
In the Assessment Sidebar, click the Programs link.
Add New Program
Click the Add New Program button.
Enter Program Details
Enter a name [1] and a description [2] for the Program.
To add hyperlinks in the description, use markdown formatting. Type the text you want to link in brackets [3] and then type the destination URL between parentheses [4]. There should be no space between the closing bracket and the first parenthesis.
Add Learning Outcome
To add an outcome to the program, click the Add Outcome button [1].
In the outcome tray, you can select from outcomes added to your account at the institution, program, or course level [2]. Click the corresponding Level tab to view outcomes at that level.
Search for an outcome using the Search field [3] or select the outcome from the list [4].
Note: Before you can align an outcome to a program, you will need to add learning outcomes to your Assessment Library.
Create Program
To save your program, click the Create Program button.
