As an assessment coordinator, you will be able to view reports while reviewers are evaluating artifacts for a program assessment. You will be able to see the overall progress of reviews in the assessment and details of outcome and criteria scoring. Additionally, you can download a CSV or PDF of the program assessment results at any time during the assessment.
Open Assessment
In the Toolbar, click the Assessment icon.
View Program Assessments
In the Assessment Activities sidebar, click the Program Assessment link.
Open Program Assessment
Click the name of the program assessment.
Open Reports
Click the Reports tab.
View Review Summary
By default, the reports tab opens to the Review Summary, which gives you an overview of the progress reviewers have made in their evaluations. You can view an overview of the program assessment [1] and a list of reviewers [2]. Each reviewer's row will display their progress through their assigned reviews [3]
View Outcome Summary
To view an overview of the outcome scoring, click the Outcome Summary link [1]. Each outcome displays a colored bar indicating the scoring spread [2] and a breakdown of the data [3]. To view additional information about an outcome, click the outcome name [4].
Each outcome will display a graph showing the distribution of scores for the outcome [1]. Additionally, a table will display showing the distribution of scores for each level of achievement [2].
View Criteria Summary
To view an overview of the criterion scoring, click the Criteria Summary link [1]. Each criteria displays a colored bar indicating the scoring spread [2] and a breakdown of the data [3]. To view additional information about an outcome, click the outcome name [4].
Each criterion will display a graph showing the distribution of scores for the criteria [1]. Additionally, a table will display showing the distribution of scores for each level of achievement [2].
Download Reports
To download a report of the program assessment data, click the Download Report menu [1] and select a CSV download [2] or a PDF download [3]. The downloaded report will include data from the review summary tab, outcome summary tab, and criteria summary tab, regardless of which tab you download it from.
