If you have been assigned to review artifacts as part of a program assessment, you can access those in the Assessment tool. Artifacts will be scored using a rubric created as part of the program assessment.
Open Assessment
In the Toolbar, click the Assessment icon.
View Program Assessments
In the Assessment Activities sidebar, click the Program Assessment link.
Open Program Assessment
Click the name of the program assessment.
Open Collection
Click the name of the collection.
Open Artifacts
When you open the collection, you will see a list of artifacts to review. Each artifact displays the artifact name [1], the date the review was assigned [2], the date you scored the artifact [3], and your score for the artifact [4].
To view and score an artifact, click the artifact name [5].
View Artifact
In the artifact window, you can view the artifact.
Score Artifact
In the scoring sidebar, enter your score for the artifact by clicking a rubric rating.
Submit Score
When you are ready to submit your review, click the Submit Score button.
Confirm Score Submission
You will be prompted to confirm your score. Click the Submit Score button to confirm and submit your score.
View Scored Artifact
Your score will display on the artifacts page.
