If you created a Portfolium Course Assessment assignment in Canvas, you can view and score student submissions in Portfolium. When you score an assignment in Portfolium Course Assessment, the score will be added to the Course Assessment Gradebook as well as automatically passed back to the Canvas Gradebook.
View Notifications
When a student submits the assignment you will receive a notification. Click the Notifications link [1] and then click the submission notification [2].
View Submission
View the student's submission.
Score Submission
Score the assignment according to the scoring type [1] and enter any feedback for the student [2].
When you have entered the scoring details and feedback comments, click the Submit Score button [3].
Confirm Score
You will be prompted to confirm the score. Click the Submit Score button.
View Grade
View the student's score in the Course Assessment Gradebook.
View Grade in Canvas
The student's score will be automatically passed back to the Canvas Gradebook.
