You can view all curriculum maps in your account, as well as view and manage individual curriculum maps.
Open Assessments
In the Toolbar, click the Assessment icon.
Open Curriculum Maps
In the Assessment Sidebar, click the Curriculum Maps link.
View Curriculum Maps
On the Curriculum Maps page, you can view all the curriculum maps in the account. Each curriculum map displays the map name [1], creator [2], creation date [3], last editor [4], and last edited date [5].
You can filter curriculum maps by creator [6] or search for a specific map by name [7].
To adjust the amount of maps that display per page, click the 10, 25, or 50 buttons [8]. To advance through additional pages, click the Arrow icons [9].
Manage Curriculum Maps
To manage a curriculum map, click the checkbox next to the curriculum map name [1]. To edit the curriculum map, click the Edit button [2]. To delete the curriculum map, click the Delete button [3].
To view a curriculum map, click the curriculum map name [4].
View Curriculum Map
The curriculum map displays a grid of learning outcomes aligned to course templates. Aligned course templates and outcomes display a shaded cell with a check mark [1]. Unaligned course templates and outcomes display a blank cell [2].
Each course template includes an indicator of the number of claimed courses for the terms selected to create the curriculum map [3]. To view more details, click the course template name [4].
To download a CSV of the curriculum map, click the Download Map button [5].
View Claimed Courses
For the course template, the curriculum map displays which of the claimed courses are assessing by mapped outcome.
View Learning Outcomes
To view a list of learning outcomes attached to the curriculum map, click the Learning Outcomes tab [1]. Each outcome displays the outcome name [2] and category [3].
To add an outcome to the curriculum map, click the Add Outcome button [4].
View Course Templates
To view aligned course templates, click the Course Templates tab [1]. Each template includes the course name [2] and department [3].
To add a course template to the curriculum map, click the Add Course Template button [4].
View Settings
To view settings for the curriculum map, click the Settings tab [1]. On the Settings page, you can view the curriculum map's name and any aligned terms.
To edit the curriculum map's name, type in the Name field [2].
To add a term to the curriculum map, click the Add Term button [3]. To delete a term, click the Delete icon [4].
To save your changes to the curriculum map, click the Save button [5].
To delete the curriculum map, click the Delete Curriculum Map button [6].
