How do I add, view, and remove organization memberships from my LearnPlatform account?

In your LearnPlatform account, you can manage your access to multiple organizations by adding or removing membership to them. From your account, you can view all the organizations in which you are a member. You can also add memberships, delete memberships, or select an organization to search its product library, manage other accounts, and access usage data.

Open User Account

You can view, manage, or select an organization in the Account sidebar. To open the Account sidebar, click your User Name Profile drop-down menu.

In the Account sidebar, view your currently selected organization in the Organization drop-down menu.

To select a different organization, click the Organization drop-down menu, and select another organization where you are a member.

You now have accessed a different organization's product library.

Notes:

  • When switching between memberships, you will be logged out of the initial account.

To add membership to an organization, click the Manage Account link.

To manage your memberships to organizations, click the My Memberships tab.

To add an organization membership, click the Add Organization link.

In the Add Organization section, select the organizational type [1]:

  • School
  • School District
  • State Educational Agency
  • Higher Education
  • Network

Click the Enter Name drop-down menu and select an organization [2], or search for the organization name by entering a few letters of the name.

Click the Position drop-down menu and select a position [3].

Click the Select Grade Levels drop-down menu and select a grade level [4].

Click the Select Subjects drop-down menu and select a subject [5].

When the form is complete, click the Submit Request button [6].

The Organization you are requesting a membership from will be notified via email that a request is pending. Some organizations approve membership automatically and others manually. Once the membership has been added and approved, you will be able to access that organization's product library.

To edit your membership to an organization, click the Edit icon [1].

To remove your membership to an organization, click the Delete icon [2].

Confirm Removal

To remove membership, confirm by clicking the Remove link.
