How do I view assessment reports from a tracker?
You can view several different assessment reports from your Mastery Connect tracker. These reports include the Item Analysis report, the Student Mastery report, the Tracker Comparison report, and the Teacher Comparison report. Your assessment reports provide a summarized view of how student mastery is developing in relation to other factors.
Open Tracker
In Global Navigation menu, click the Trackers link [1]. The Trackers page opens and displays a list of your trackers. Click the name of a tracker [2].
Open Reports
Locate the assessment in the Tracker Assessment list. Click the assessment's Reports icon.
Open Assessment Reports Section
View the Assessment Details window Reports tab.
View Assessment Item Analysis Report
Click the Item Analysis link [1]. To filter the Item Analysis report by a specific view, select an option from the View Options drop-down menu [2]. You can view the Item Analysis report by class, tracker, teacher, or team.
The Item Analysis report displays graphs of student responses and metadata for each assessment item [3]. To view which students chose an answer, click the colored bar on the graph [4]. Depending on the item type, the correct response option or the maximum point value for each question is circled at the base of the bar graph [5].
Metadata for each item displays at the bottom of each question card [6]. This metadata includes the the criteria type used for scoring the assessment, the number of points the item is worth within the assessment, the item's Depth of Knowledge score (DOK), and the item number.
To view a brief description of the standard used for a question, click the name of the standard [7]. To print the Item Analysis report, click the Print button [8].
To export the Item Analysis report, click the Download button [9].
Note: If no DOK score is available for an item, n/a will display in place of a DOK score.
View Assessment Student Mastery Report
To open the Student Mastery report, click the Student Mastery link in the Reports menu [1].
You can select a view through which to filter your Student Mastery report by clicking the View Options drop-down list link [2]. You can view the Student Mastery report by class, tracker, teacher, or team. To filter the report results by demographic, click the Demographic Options drop-down menu and select one of the demographic groups [3].
To print the Student Mastery report, click the Print link [4].
The Student Mastery report for multi-standard assessments and benchmark assessments displays a bar graph of your students' mastery levels within individual standards [5].
The Student Mastery report for single-standard assessments displays ring graphs of student mastery levels as percentages of all enrolled students [6]. Click a graph segment to view how many students fall within a mastery category, and what percentage of all students that number is [7].
View Assessment Tracker Comparison Report
To view the Tracker Comparison report, click the Tracker Comparison link in the Reports menu [1]. You can select a view through which to filter your Tracker Comparison report by clicking one of the View Options drop-down list links [2]. This report can be filtered by tracker activity level or by school year.
To print the Tracker Comparison report, click the Print link [3].
Multi-standard assessment and benchmark assessment Tracker Comparison reports display two or more bar graphs, one for each mastery level in the assessment [4]. Each mastery-level bar graph displays and compares student mastery via tracker [5] between standards [6].
Single-standard assessment Tracker Comparison reports display and compare student mastery for an assessment between the trackers the assessment was administered from [7].
View Assessment Teacher Comparison Report
To view the Teacher Comparison report, click the Teacher Comparison link in the Reports menu [1]. You can select a view through which to filter your Teacher Comparison report by clicking one of the View Options drop-down list links [2]. This report can be filtered by teacher, tracker activity level, or school year. You can exclude teachers who do not yet have scores by clicking to select the Exclude No Scores checkbox [3]. To print the Teacher Comparison report, click the Print link [4].

Single-standard assessment Teacher Comparison reports display a single bar graph. This graph compares the mastery levels of students in each teacher's classes [8].
In multi-standard assessment graphs, click a graph segment to view the standard, the teacher, and what percentage of their students fall into the selected mastery category [9].
In single-standard assessment graphs, click a graph segment to view the teacher, the mastery level, and what percentage of their students fall into that mastery category [10].
