In Canvas Student 6.10, the app supports Announcements and Grades widgets for iOS 14. The option to manage course favorites has been moved to the All Courses page, and Help menu items include a short description. For assignments, rubric comments display in the app, Not Graded assignments do not display in the Grades page, and the Quizzes Index page displays quizzes created with the New Quizzes tool.
Canvas iOS app version updates are distributed in a phased rollout, which distributes the update to all users enrolled in automatic updates over time. The features in these notes may not immediately be available, but iOS users can manually update the app at any time in the iTunes Store. The Canvas Student iOS App requires iOS 12.0 or later.
When an assignment includes a rubric, any comments added to the rubric display in the app. This change helps students view all comments for an assignment.

Not Graded Assignments
Not Graded assignments are not shown in the Grades list. This change helps students view only graded assignments. Not Graded assignment can still be viewed in the Assignments page.
Help menu items include a short description. This change helps users identify the purpose of each Help link in the app.
Grades and Announcements Widgets
The Canvas Student app supports Announcements and Grades widgets for iOS 14. These widgets allow students to add announcements or grades to their home screen. Tapping the widget will open the Student app.
