How do I make district item banks available to teachers?
As a Mastery Connect district administrator, you can make district item banks available for teachers. Once an item bank is available to teachers, teachers can add items from the bank to their assessments.
Note: Additional item banks are available for purchase by your district.
Open Item Bank
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin drop-down menu [1]. Then click the Item Bank link [2].
Make Item Bank Available
To give teachers access to an item bank, locate the item bank in the Item Banks list, and click the Make Available To Teachers button.
Notes:
- If you do not see the Make Available to Teachers button, the item bank has already been made available.
- You can also reserve or release specific items within an item bank.
Confirm Availability
After you make an item bank available to teachers, you cannot make it unavailable again. To confirm that you want to make the item bank available to teachers, click the OK button.
