How do I use the Trackers page?

The Trackers page displays a list of all trackers including details and management options that can be organized and viewed by category. From the Trackers page, you can also create a new tracker, view student mastery, reorder the tracker list, or open a tracker.

Open Trackers

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Trackers link [1], then click the Trackers tab [2].

By default, the Trackers page displays a list of trackers you created [1]. You can also view trackers by category [2].

In the Trackers page, you can print or download extra blank or pre-filled bubble sheets [3].

You can also create a tracker [4].

In the Curriculum Maps page, you can view your curriculum maps listed by the following categories:

  • Created [1]: trackers you created
  • Collaborating On [2]: trackers you are collaborating on with a team of collaborators
  • Archived [3]: trackers that are archived

Each tracker listed in the Trackers page displays a folder icon [1], the tracker name or description [2], and the tracker grade and subject [3].

The listing displays details about the tracker [4].

You can also view the map's number of mastery levels [5].

Every tracker listing displays the number of students in the tracker [1] and the tracker's standards core [2].

If the tracker is linked to your district's student information system, the name of the linked class section displays [3].

If the tracker was created from a curriculum map, the name of the curriculum map displays [4]. To open the curriculum map, click the curriculum map name link [5].

If the tracker has scored assessments, you can view a bar graph that illustrates overall student mastery [1]. The colors indicate the levels of mastery. For example, in a tracker with three mastery levels, green indicates Mastery, yellow indicates Near Mastery, and red indicates Remediation.

You can also view the percent of standards that have been assessed [2].

Tracker listings may display options for managing the tracker. Depending on whether you own the tracker, and depending on the tracker's status, you may able to edit [1], archive [2], unarchive, or delete the tracker.

When you hover the cursor over a tracker listing, a Move icon displays.

Click and drag the map's Move icon to organize the trackers list according to your preference.

To view a tracker, click the tracker name link.
