How do I manage privacy settings for multi-standard assessments in parent and student portals?

In Mastery Connect, you can manage privacy settings for multi-standard assessments, including benchmark assessments. You can choose to hide or make visible the assessments, answer keys, item analyses, and student answers in the parent and student portals.   

Note: Assessments are not available in the portals until the student has completed the assessment, or the teacher changes the assessment settings.

Open Tracker

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Trackers link [1]. Then, click the tracker name link [2].

Select Multi-Standard or Benchmark Assessment

Hover over the standard header to open the drop-down menu [1]. Then, click the View link [2].

Select Privacy Options

Select Privacy Options

In the Assessment window, click the Privacy link [1].

In the Options for student/parent reporting list, click the appropriate checkboxes [2].

To apply the new privacy settings to the assessment, click the Save button [3].

Note: Changes made to privacy settings for an assessment are overridden by any subsequent changes made to the privacy settings for the tracker.
