Why am I unable to view an assessment?
If the Mastery Connect Assessments page displays the message "No Results Found," or if an assessment document is not displaying correctly, there are solutions you can try.
No Results Found
The Assessments page displays all available assessments matching search and filter criteria. However, if no available assessments match the search and filter criteria, the No Results Found message displays [1].
If there are no assessments matching the search criteria and filters, try removing anything in the Search field and deselecting filters [2]. To view additional filters, you may need to click the Expand Filters icon [3].
Note: If an assessment has been deleted by the original owner, it does not display in the Assessments page. However, you can still view assessment details from any tracker in which the assessment was previously used.
Not Displaying Correctly
If the assessment is not displaying correctly in viewing window, scroll to the bottom of the window and click the Not displaying correctly? icon.
Regenerate Assessment
To regenerate the document, click the Regenerate Document link.
Note: If you are unable to regenerate the document using this method, please submit a support ticket.
