As a Mastery Connect admin, you can enable the LockDown Browser tool for benchmark assessments.

Notes:

  • Students must have Respondus LockDown Browser installed on a compatible device (MacOS, Windows, Chromebook, or iPad) to access the assessment.
  • Staff members with the additive permission of Benchmark Author or Benchmark Facilitator can also enable LockDown Browser for a benchmark assessment. You can learn more about roles and permissions.

1. Click "Admin"

Click the Admin tab.
Click 'Admin'

2. Click "Assessments"

Open the Assessments menu.
Click 'Assessments'

3. Click "Benchmarks"

Select the Benchmarks option.
Click 'Benchmarks'

4. Click "MANAGE"

Click the Manage button.
Click 'MANAGE'

5. Click "Settings"

Click the Settings tab.
Click 'Settings'

6. Click"Enable Lockdown Browser"

In the Delivery Options menu, click the Enable Lockdown Browser checkbox.
Click'Enable Lockdown Browser'

7. Click "Save"

To save the settings, click the Save button.
