You can install Impact in your Brightspace environment.
Open Brightspace
Log in to your Brightspace environment as an administrator.
In Global Navigation, click the Settings icon [1] and then click the Shared Files link [2].
Open Impact File
In the /shared/directory, locate and click to open the file named customShared.js. Download the file to your local drive.
Open Downloaded Impact File
Open the customShared.js file with a text editor and copy-paste the code snippet provided by Impact. If you have not yet received a code snippet, please submit a ticket.
Save the customShared.js file without changing the name.
Upload Impact File
In the Shared Files page, in the /shared/directory, click the Upload link.
Drag-and-drop or manually select the edited customShared.js file on your local drive [1]. Click the Save button [2].
Confirm Impact File
In the Confirm File Replace window, select the existing customShared.js file [1] and click the Overwrite button [2].
